Well, as you can probably see, I didn’t pass the PMP exam, I passed the CAPM exam. The requirements to take the PMP exam are 7500 hours leading and directing project or 4500 hours if you have a 4 year degree. I have a 4 year degree so I would have only had to document 4500 hours, however, I could not document 4500 hours ethically. I could have made stuff up and exaggerated they hours I did have working on projects and made the 4500 hours but that just didn’t feel right to me. So I opted for the CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) exam.
What I Studied?
Well, that’s the big question isn’t it? If we really stop and think about it no one really know’s what’s next. We make plans and work them to the best of our abilities but rarely do they work out exactly as we plan. My plan is to hopefully move into Project Management within my current company. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see what opportunities appear.
